I am a Registered Nurse, SANE‑A certified since 2008, with 22+ years of clinical and forensic experience. My experiences include emergency nursing, long‑term care, case management in an emergency domestic violence shelter, and elder abuse case review.  I have held national and state leadership roles in forensic nursing, served as contributing author of forensic nursing standards, and was lead architect of a comprehensive state SAFE Program, including the creation of an accredited SAFE training program
